Blood type, allergies, conditions, medication, pregnancy, mobility needs, height, weight and medical notes are health data. The GDPR treats health data as a special category that may only be processed with strong protection, and here only with your explicit consent.
What you agree to
- Sándor Szilágyi stores the health details you enter on your emergency card.
- They are shown to you, and to the members of the groups you join whose settings share medical details, on their phones, including offline.
- They are used for nothing else: not for analytics, research, advertising or any automated decision about you.
- The same applies to identity documents (passport or ID numbers and scans) you choose to add.
Every field is optional
Only add what could help someone help you. Leaving a field empty never stops you from using Petra.
Taking your consent back
You can withdraw consent at any time: remove the details from your card, leave the groups you share them with, or delete your account. The details are then deleted from our servers straight away and from other members' phones the next time they connect.
